Payment confirmation details: when you submit a bKash/Nagad payment confirmation, we collect your name, phone number, and transaction ID to verify and process your enrollment.
Demo requests: if you request a free demo, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), and course interest.
Usage data: your course progress, completed lessons, and interactions with our AI tools, so we can show your progress and personalize your experience.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate SidLearn, each with its own privacy practices:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, Hosting) — stores your account, progress, and submitted data securely
Netlify — hosts our website

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase's infrastructure, with access controls in place so that students can only access their own data, and only authorized administrators can manage courses and payment confirmations.

5. Payment information

We do not process card payments directly at this time. bKash/Nagad transactions happen entirely within your own mobile wallet app — we only receive the transaction ID and phone number you submit to us for manual verification. We do not store or have access to your bKash/Nagad PIN or account credentials.

6. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. Note that some data (such as payment confirmation records) may need to be retained for legitimate business and record-keeping purposes.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only the technical storage necessary for login sessions to function (via Firebase Authentication). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Some of our courses (such as SSC and HSC preparation) are intended for school-age students. Where a student is a minor, we recommend a parent or guardian review this policy and be involved in account creation and payment.
