These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SidLearn (sidlearn.com), operated by SidLearn. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

SidLearn provides online courses, including IELTS preparation, academic exam preparation (SSC, HSC, O'Level), spoken English, and business English, delivered through recorded video lessons, live classes, text lessons, and AI-assisted feedback tools.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
One account is intended for one student; sharing accounts to access paid content is not permitted.

3. Enrollment and payment

Course access is granted after payment is submitted and manually verified by our team (currently via bKash or Nagad).
Please allow a reasonable time for us to verify your payment and activate your enrollment.
Prices are listed on our course pages and may change over time; the price at the time of your payment applies to your enrollment.

4. Refund policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, or wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of payment via email or WhatsApp with your transaction details.

5. Acceptable use

Do not share, resell, or redistribute course content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Be respectful in live classes and any interactive features.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, text lessons, and branding on SidLearn are the property of SidLearn and its instructors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.

7. AI-assisted features

Our AI tutor, writing feedback, and related tools provide automated guidance to support your learning. They are a supplement to, not a replacement for, instructor feedback, and may occasionally be inaccurate. Use your judgment and consult your instructor for exam-critical guidance.

8. Limitation of liability

SidLearn provides educational content "as is." While we aim to help you prepare effectively for your exams, we do not guarantee specific scores, grades, or outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse of shared content or fraudulent payment submissions.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SidLearn after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
